Parsi–Irani food has always been about the host as much as the meal. For Batliwala & Co.'s Dubai launch, we brought that idea to life through Farood Batliwala, a character rooted in the warmth and personality of Bombay's old Irani cafés. He shapes how the brand talks, looks, and welcomes people in.
